Ok so I followed the tutorial minus the product key info because the disk come from the company that also made my computer so I guess its already in there. But the problem is I go through everything fine and it restarts and goes to the completing installation part for about 30-40 minutes, Then after that I get a black screen that lasts forever been having this problem all day. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong or walk me through this. I need this computer for school and I so can not afford another at the moment.
